CWRDM is organizing a two-week training program on Value Addition Technologies of Agricultural Byproducts for the Skill Empowerment of Low-income People for the Better Livelihood during September 25 - October 07, 2023.
About the Program:
The training program organized as a part of the KSCSTE-SC&ST cell funded by DST-GoI will be held at CWRDM, Kozhikode during September 25 - October 7, 2023. This program aims to disseminate the different value addition technologies available for agricultural byproducts and empowering the participants skills on value added foods, decorative items and value-added farm inputs. The training includes visit to few agricultural processing units. Besides, the training provides knowledge on different marketing strategies and startup development.
Deliverables:
This training program provides exposure to different value addition technologies for crop biomass which will enable the participants to initiate small scale enterprises for better livelihood options.
Who can apply:
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category from 18 to 45 years of age.
How to apply:
Interested participants can apply through google form given below latest by 11th Sep. 2023 (extended to 15 September 2023). There is no registration fee for the program.
Kindly submit the proof of age and community. Candidate selection will be as per the norms.
Interview will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates on 16.09.2023 or 18.09.2023.
Intimation to selected candidates: 19.09.2023.
Confirmation of participation by the candidates: 21.09.2023.
All registered participants will get certificate of participation on successful completion of the training program.
